Property Management-Customer Service clerk


Assist Property Manager

- Assist Property Manager and Property administrator with contract administration and service providers
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of rental properties
- Maintain all operation files, digital and paper
- Assist Property Manager and Property administrator with documentation required (i.e. Notices to tenants, etc)


Tenant/Building Issues

- Receive tenant request and handle responses to tenant requests and/or complaints, assist Property Manager and Property Administrator
- Follow up with tenant for completion and satisfaction
- Assisting and answering all inquiries from tenants
- Obtain feedback from each building regarding work performed by our contractors


General Accounting Functions

- Prepare tenant recovery invoices
- Prepare billing letters


Other Duties

- Maintain filing according to standard record keeping procedures on a daily basis
- Administrative support to Property Manager and Property Administrator
- Administer Tenant Appreciation Program, create quarterly newsletter
- Preparing purchase orders (authorizing tenants to do work) and quotes to tenants (cost to provide them with service).
