About this job

Key Accountabilities

Provide administrative support to a small Property Management firm within the following scope:

- work independently while interacting with management and other employees to provide secretarial and administrative support for proposals and reports
- process monthly invoicing, track consultants\' time, expenses and billable hours, and manage accounts receivables
- type project and format other reports, create and edit graphics such as maps using Corel Draw and insert PDF\'s in final Acrobat report
- handle incoming and outgoing mail
- answer telephone, screen and direct calls and take messages
- maintain inventory of office supplies

Required Qualifications
- highly qualified with outstanding potential in the areas of office management, sound judgement and decision making.
- excellent spelling and grammar skills
- strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and computer file management
- good working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Professional
- strong attention to detail
- independent worker
