Duties

- Help grow and manage our company
- Managing all supervisory staff and employees
- Develop new and obtain fixed location contracts through prospecting and networking, researching competition locations
- Prepare and present proposal to prospective client, RFP submissions
- Interfacing directly with high level clients
- Evaluating new ideas and incorporating them into our operational approach
- Preparing financial projections
- Promote efficiency to maximize lot profitability
- Drive business sales to meet and exceed targets
